In the shine of the Christmas atmosphere, when Merano is in full ferment for the imminent festivities, in a romantic and magic frame, the city entertains in the elegant rooms of the Kursaal, an important dance sport event : the "Grand Prix Merano", this year reached the 14a edition. The 2008 edition thanks to the collaboration of the clubs "Sinny Dance" "Energy Dance" and "Team Diablo", co-organizers of the demonstration, are distinguished for the notable breakthrough, testified by the share of over 300 couples of dancer, among which champions of European and World level and with the presence of prestigious names also among the judges. The city of Merano is well pleased to be able to also welcome this year the numerous participants of this great dance sport event , to which I send my welcome and the wish to have the best performance possible.
I finally thank the organizers for their job in the predisposition of every smaller detail so that the event can reach the success that deserves.
